Curiosity is the ability to seek and acquire new knowledge, skills, and ways of understanding the world. It is at the heart of what motivates young people to learn and what keeps them learning throughout their lives. Research shows that curiosity is one of eight core abilities that drive successful kids.
For the first time, I saw my team's curiosity and willingness to want to learn beyond what we have been taught. I must confess that we had a bit of a decision agreeing to achieve some things. This project brought us to our knees, it also tested our time and commitment.
At first, looking at the dataset, it looked like it was going to be easy until we started unraveling the work and dissecting the dataset, then and then we figured it was going to be a tough one as a lot of things could be deduced from the data set.
We took time to understand the concept behind the HR department and what they do and how we could relate our work in such a way that it can be understandable. After dabbling into it, we started seeing that we could just go on and on and on to do a lot but we had to restrict ourselves to the objectives of the project.
We also spent the longest time on the call talking about the project and seeing how we could move forward to achieve the objectives.
The department of the HR is arguably one of the widest areas in a company or firm, we had to do a little deep research into that department and we saw that they do a lot in that department
In a nutshell, my teammate made it possible, we pushed each other and yeah we eventually came up with something.
Ladies and gentle my teammate:
